Return & Refund Policy
 
As we promised, we always try to keep QUALITY CONTROL on our products and your SATISFACTION is very important to us, but when there is a need for return/refund request, please refer to the policies below to make sure your request is valid and can be further assisted.
 
If you need to return/refund your purchase, kindly inform us by email within 48 hours after receiving your parcel from our courier. Receiving date and time are according to the records from courier company. You are allowed to send back the goods to us within 7 days on your own arrangement, or else we arrange to collect goods chargeable RM 80.00 for transport fee.
 
The returned products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition and its original shipping container as received. Please pack the returned product in goods and safe way when send it to courier. If the products have been used or damaged upon received by us, there will be no refund.
 
Keno Design will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the products, you will receive the return/refund with 10 days after you have received our confirmation.
 
Note: Refund is meant to credit the amount into customer’s Transaction balance in the account for your next purchase. There will be no discount or reduce in price of a product which is claimed under return/refund policy. You may choose to return for exchange or return for fully refund.
 
To be informed that Exchange of Goods highly depend on our stock availability. For an exchanged itemexcept in-stock availability, we will arrange it for you with estimated date arrival unless the manufacturer has stopped its production. Don’t be worry about this, definitely there is a good solution for you.
